  Excellent customer service! I worked with Tony in the office and Joe was the technician on site. Tony was very patient & kind with my delays & finally scheduled them to re-key all of our locks. Joe was efficient, nice, & respectful of my property! I will definitely use them again and visit their show room (which I did now know they had) someday! Thanks guys!

  Had Joe, service tech from Action Lock, at my place today to update my entry locks. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in what he did for me. I found him to be an excellent representative of this local business! Without hesitation I would recommend Action Lock for your lock update and replacement needs!
