  Locked myself out of house while walking the dog on a very cold morning. I called a few places. Action was one of two places that actually picked up that early. They stated they would be able to get to my location within 30-35 minutes and they got there in 20. They let me know that my front door is not easy to "pick" and they did not want to damage my door by drilling it and asked if there was another entrance. I appreciated that they considered the aesthetics of my house. They ultimately ended up having to drill my dead bolt on my side door. I was inside my house within 15 minutes. They replaced the lock and were on their way. All in all a great experience!

  My dads garage door was opening randomly and we needed to get it fixed ASAP. I looked them up on google and they responded really fast. They did a good job and didn’t charge extra for additional work. Great service.
