Big Mike was great and deserves a raise! He showed up and was done within an hour. Was prompt and helpful! Evan in scheduling was also really helpful and able to confirm me in a window that worked for my availability! Thanks!

I needed a duplicate remote car key made and ACME was extremely helpful. The Toyota dealership wanted over $300. ACME cut my key and programmed it for $73. They did all this in around 30 minutes. The key itself was only $20 online making my total cost about $93! I recommend contacting them if you want to make a duplicate key for your automobile. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks ACME.

I contacted this company regarding not being able to open my digital safe. They asked for all information regarding the safe and said they'd get right back with me as soon as they gathered all the equipment they'd need to open my safe. Three days later I received an email saying that I'd need to contact a professional safe/ lock company and have my safe drilled. Which would have cost a minimum of $1,000.00, plus my safe would have been ruined, and I would have had to buy another one. Now, they advertise that they are a professional safe and lock company, but I guess they are not after all. Later that day I did speak to a lock smith that advised me to replace the keypad, which I ordered along with new lock on Amazon for $80.00. Once I installed it, my safe opened. This company by their own admission is not a professional safe & lock company. If I could give "minus" stars I would do so. They almost cost me thousands of dollars. In response to your reply, which I was able to reply to via email, I did indeed attach a copy of the email that I received from Acme-Phoenix. And as you can see it clearly states it is from Acme-Phoenix and that I would need to call A-Proffessional Locksmith in Chandler. If I could attach a copy here I would. Only because you are saying I am mistaken, which I certainly am not. I am as surprised as you are that I received such a reply from your company. That is why I thought it important to say so on my review. ***********I just noticed how to attach copy of the email I received from Acme-Phoenix.(see attached). Photo of email shows up on your "posts or photos i think. I also forwarded it to the email as you requested Robert. Also, I looked up and called your Phoenix office, so there's no mistaking it as a scam from some bogus company. I do hope things do get straightened out at your company.

Update based on response. Hi Charlotte, please forward the email directly to [email protected]. We still have not received any attachment. We scanned all call logs and outbound emails and could not find any communication as described. Could you indicate the email address that you received the email from? Or call me, Robert, directly at 480-380-2263. We do not refer customers to to the company you mentioned. In the event that we are too busy to help a customer with their safe, we will refer out, but it is to another company. You can see a post of our safe technician learning new, advanced safe opening techniques at training at https://www.acmelocksmith.com/2015/06/safe-drilling-101-2/ . We invest heavily in our employee's knowledge and training on safes because that is a significant part of our business. However, there have been a number of dubious companies advertising under our name in the past. If you search ACME Locksmith their advertising listings come up. It is possibly that theirs is the number you called. I would very much like to see what you have so I can get to the bottom of this. Original reply: I'm sorry for your experience, but you simply have the wrong company. We are a professional safe company that routinely opens safes. We would never send potential safe business away. There is just no reason to. Our cerified safecracker has successful opened and repaired hundreds of safes. In addition, we sell electronic safe keypads. If a customer's description of the issue leads us to suspect the keypad is bad, and it's pretty obvious when it is, we would sell a replacement. It's quite possible you have us confused. It's far more likely that we were the company that told you to replace the keypad before having it drilled as that is something we often do. You also mention that some company led you to believe it would be $1, 000 to drill a safe. You were right to be skeptical. That is just a ridiculous price. ACME Locksmith's current safe opening rate is just $180 for the first hour of safe labor. This includes the cost of getting a licensed safe opening company to your location. It's rare that it takes over an hour to open a safe. And then, unless the value of the safe makes it not worth the expense, the safe can easily be repaired and used for many years to come.
