Ben is GREAT! Was able to help my husband when no one else could! Recommend him highly! Prompt and awesome at what he does!

We live out of town and my wife locked keys in her truck while shopping in Valdosta. Called Ace and they had someone at her location within 15 minutes. Fast, Professional, and Affordable.

Ace Lock and key is very professional. I called in advance and they were very courteous over the phone. The store inside is very nice, clean, and organized. They waited on me quickly. They were friendly and respectful even though my business was small money. I will definitely use them again.

Ben was awesome & took about 5 minutes! He took my debit with a car reader meaning I didn’t have to run to an atm. I should add that I’ve gone without a car running for 5+ months, spent tons on Instacart, Uber, etc & my dad, a lifelong mechanic said I was SOL so he prepared to give me a different Honda newer & nicer. However, I didn’t want to take something like that and got my car at a great value, plus before the jey catastrophe happened (ended up being signal loss with immobilized on n off at first, but when it suddenly had the infamous blinking key light that my year make, model has a recall for I didn’t think to check the key FOB innards to see if the dang transponder was missing, which is a small black capsule shaped thing ina small rectangular encasing of plastic which fell out when I changed the battery... with that said, I didn’t know if it was the kind inside of the key blade encasing it not but gave calling a locksmith a shot for a brand new key made from the obd2 port using high end Advanced Diagnostics Smart Pro diagnosing Plus immobilizer ).

I was correct. The key worked (however Ben has to go out of his way to have the key blade recut using my old key blade, then came back promptly).

Thank you so much! They also are timely, fast, and if you have a no working key issue that does not get fixed with a new programmed key, they don’t charge you. None of that flat diagnosis fee.

Ben came off as a kind family man with compassion. He was worried about the little neighborhood kittens he’d seen playing by a tree being under the car even though he wasn’t going to drive it just crank it. He picked one up and let it while on the phone.

Thank you Ben and Ace Lock And Key! I’ll be bringing two fold out key fobs for cutting in the near future. Now I have my car back, don’t have to beg for a freebie from my dad and pay that ad valorem tax I wouldn’t even have.

Always excellent customer service. I use Ace Lock & Key anytime I need keys made for work. Don't use big box stores like Walmart or Lowe's to make keys for you. Go to the professionals who know what they are doing!
