  Not a happy consumer at all, I ordered 3 keys and got charged for 4 had to go back, I don't live in Pittsburgh and when I returned home not one of those keys work. Now I've to take a ride back into Pittsburgh & get my money back once again 🤬 They should be paying for my gas and time wasted 🤔

  Great company with great locksmiths. We just moved into a new house and had them replace 3 doors, 4 locks in total. Very friendly and nice smith who really knew what he was doing. He even took the time to reposition the lock in the door so that it closes and locks better. We had to push hard on the door before to get it locked, but now it is just close and turn, very nice. The smith really took pride in his work and the price was quite fair in my opinion. I would highly recommend them and I will be calling them if I ever need a locksmith again!
