  Everyone at Ace Hardware (Stetson Hills) was wonderful. They were informative, helpful, and very kind. We purchased a Weber grill--Tracy set up our delivery (calling to let us know when it would be delivered) and Derek and Ed delivered it promptly, even taking time to carry it to our backyard for me. Thank you!!!!

  I was looking for a larger high dollar item that was sold out at the big box stores, and was on order here. They took my info for when the shipment came in. When they called to let me know when it would arrive, I was more than pleasantly surprised when they said they had reached out to stores and found one a ways out, but that the owner of the store was driving to get it and would have it by days end, rather than in a week or two. I had to pick up other items for projects and Everyone in the store offered the highest level of service. Scott was incredibly helpful in finding the bigger item. Would give an extra star for going over and above if I could.

  I had an online pickup order at this location. They gave me the wrong size item and when I brought it back to exchange for the correct item they would not and told me the warehouse must have sent them the wrong thing. They were also unable to process a return for another online pickup order because no one in the store knew how to do it.
