  I had Accurate Locksmiths repair a lock and re-key another. They did the work in a short amount of time and the cost was quite reasonable. I was very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They had previously removed a broken key from a lock cylinder I brought in, also in a short time. From now on, I will be getting all my duplicate keys made there, will shop there for locks/padlocks, and will have them perform any work needed for our locks on our home.

  Stated they quoted price for parts prior to doing the home service call and the lady of the house denies that. Charges not stated of service call then added labor cost. Service person stated he could charge me $1.00 a minute to discuss the invoice. Work was acceptable but that is what it should be. Over charge of parts checked on line to be less than charged and asked if we could have a adjustment told pay the price or see you in court. I would suggest they fine tune a few areas of doing business. In closing job completed OK! Pricing little on the strong side, communication skills poor.

  Excellent service. We had them come over to our office as the front door lock was loose. Came out within the desired time frame and fixed it in less than 5 mins. Made the process painless. Will definitely call them in the future for any lock issues.
