  Not the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Their policy sucks! I was charged $53 and my key fob that I ordered elsewhere couldn't be programmed. They should've either refunded some of the money or allowed me a store credit. Kim shouldve told me the day before when I called that I could risk losing $50 if the key couldnt be programmed. Thieves!!!!!

  At Aaron Elliott Locksmiths we do not guaranty keys that we do not sell. We also make all customers that want to bring a outside bought key sign a waiver stating that we do not guarantee the cutting or programming. Mr. Moore was made aware of this and he signed the waiver. We cannot guarantee keys that we do not sell. We also don't know if a key is made correctly or has the proper transponder chip until we cut and try to program a key. Nobody else will even cut or program outside keys. I am sorry that you think you were wronged. But it is no reason to call us thieves.

  They are a household name in Winston-Salem. The absolute best of the best with mad skills. I've bought three safes from them. Use them for anything lock/key/safe related. Always have and always will. Thank y'all! 😊🇺🇸

  I had to get my remote start car key reprogrammed while other places kept giving me a runaround. They also had me out of there within 5 mins! Great price and fast service, Definitely recommend.
