  Really amazing customer service! I was locked out of my apartment and he got the door unlocked and cut me a spare key in record time. He also cut me spare keys for my vehicle at a very good rate. Very upfront, honest and a pleasure to deal with - highly recommend.

  Steve was able to come out to our house straight-away. He put in a new door handle with deadbolt lock on our 1940 door. We thought we would have to buy a whole new door but he was able to modernize the door with a new handle and lock that he had available in his truck. We did not have to make a special trip to the hardware store! Thank you very much Steve!

  Absolutely amazing customer service! I called because I was locked out of my safe due to the batteries dying. After 30 minutes all was well, and I had access inside my safe once again! He's very quick to respond, kind, clean, & talented.
