  It's a family-owned business and the service is pretty slow. The bright side is it's in the city. It's one of the only places to get your car key made for a cheap price, well somewhat cheap.. no mask hair nets or gloves were wore this establishment. The older lady is nice though.

  Great price. Friendly and professional. Thoughtful. I needed a key cut and programmed for an older Cr-v. I had ordered a key on eBay. The quality was questionable but, for a spare I didn’t care. Well after a lot of effort on their part. The key didn’t program. But, they had a key they cut for me. The original price to cut a my key beat everyone around. But the price of their key was still better than the price for just the cut and program at other local locksmiths. Even though I wasted their time they still gave me a great deal. Really wonderful people. The lovely woman was so helpful on the phone before I came in. The nice guy tried two machines before getting help from the friendly guy. Everyone was great thanks a lot. Will definitely come back and recommend.

  They have to be great. There is always a lot of business going on at the small office in South Augusta that has not changed since the 80's or before. If u want someone that knows what they are doing, charges a fair price, and is there on time, these are the people you need to contact .
