  We bought our first home and they came on our move-in day to change the locks. They added a deadbolt to the door between the garage and our house, and changed the hardware on the door between the garage and the outside so now all of the locks in the house have the same key. All of the keys and the locks work smoothly. By the time they left everyone in the house had their own key and we had several spare keys made as well. Highly recommend!

  The technician was on time for the appointment, and his work was done in the amount of time discussed in the phone call. Our technician was professional, and efficient. He also took time to explain me how to care for my locks, and fix a lock that I didn't know it was broken. I recommend them highly

  I thought for sure that I would need to have someone out for a lock so I called them. He was very knowledgeable and patient. With his instruction over the phone we were able to resolve my problem. Highly recommend!
