  I will take my business elsewhere in the future for all my needs related to key making or lockouts. They won’t get anymore of my black dollars. The elderly man that sits behind the counter was disrespectful and ignorant. I came in on a Tuesday to have a key made for my storage shed which I was charged $5.00 for. The younger guy assisted me I asked him if I would be able to get refunded if it didn’t work. He said yes but assured me that it would work. When I finally tried t use the key it would not fit in the keyhole. I came back the following day and asked for a refund the old man didn’t even believe me when I told him I bought the key from there. Then I explained what happened he tried giving me $2.00 I said I paid $5.00 he told me I was lying and refused to pay me. The next day I talked with the other guy I’m guessing is the owner still no apology or nothing but I did finally get my money back. My advice for you is the get someone that can deal with people and talk to people of all different races because he comes off as being prejudice and dismissive of black people. I hope that’s not the case and I tend to try and see the good in others but I won’t be returning to your place of business anymore and I won’t be recommending your services to anyone I know.

  I am sorry that you feel this way. Your $5.00 was refunded completely in full as I promised it would. It was unfortunate I wasn't there when you came back in. I want my customers to be satisfied!

  This company quoted me how much they charged me. Good job guys. my renter only waited 20 minutes and was happy with the service!

  Jody is a professional and competent locksmith. Communication was easy and responsive; he changed the locks on our new house and even fixed a deadbolt that was installed to turn the wrong way. I will use him again and I recommend him.
