Got this older model honda accord, i need re keyed, the staff jordan’ was very pleasant and professional. i got my car key made i less than an hour! highly recommended. price value is exceptional.

Lots of great keychains, safes and security equipment. Visited a few times in the past and waited to be helped while they made keys for other customers. This time I took a few photos inside the store and was immediately asked if I was looking for something by a an employee that appeared rapidly from behind the counter as the another continued making keys. Take pics = get helped fast.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. Van is a great locksmith and I highly recommend there service.

I had called for 2 new keys to a truck where we had lost them. A gentleman had come out, made the keys, but couldn't program them. So we replaced the fuse that the guy thought was wrong. That fuse wasn't bad, but to make sure we changed it anyway. So another service call for them to try and program the 2 keys. Second gentleman couldn't figure it out. I even called my mechanic who had suggested this company and they talked. Still no working key. So now, 2 months later, we have paid this company $216.68 that does include a 10%military discount, and we still have 2 keys that do not work. And this company says no refunds. They specifically said that the money was paid for the travel to Navarre and labor/parts. Nothing to do with 2 working keys. Now, my 91 yr old father, living on a fixed income, is out of his money and they will not do anything to help. Definitely not recommended

Once again, I apologize that we couldn't get those keys programmed back in April for your dad. My technicians did everything they could at the time. We only charged for what we did at a discounted rate and gave a 10% military discount on top of that. I'm very sorry that you had bad experience. Now that you have a key that works I will be more than happy to make the keys we sold you work as well, at no charge. Please stop by our Mary Esther office and I can do that for you.
