  @ midnight when you realize your 10 year old autistic daughter locked you out of your house, it is not a pleasant feeling.😳 after a frantic phone search, I found this company and I wasn't disappointed. He picked up fast, took payment over the phone and came quickly to rescue us from the cold. Great service, very friendly! Could never thank him enough.

  Called and advised he could not open my lock. I googled and had it open in 30 with some basic tools, so this guy has either no skill or lied and didn't want the job. To your response, nope, not competition, just a traveler that needed a roof rack open. You don't have any competition anyway, or I would be tried them. I called u Saturday the 28th of july and you advised you cannot open yakima roof racks. Like I said, I was able to open it like others after a little work. Thanks anyway. You clearly are a liar. You said you have never turned a job down. If I could add the screen shot of the call that did connect I would just to show you lie to potential customers.

  Obviously, my competition has nothing better to do than to give me poor reviews. I have been a locksmith for 35 years. If any novice can open a lock in 30 minutes with basic hand tools, than I can probably open it in 5. Also, there has been NO lock i could not open, (In 35 years I have never turned down a job). Seems unusually angry for just a supposed phone call.
