  I paid these guys $208 so i didn't get my work clothes dirty and they left my tire on the ground and didn't air up my spare as asked. I would not recommend this company as all. waist of money... many more companies out there with better company service.

  Our investigation of your complaint reveals a different story. Quality control and safety are just some of the reasons our technicians wear body cameras. Safety for our technicians is of the utmost importance. While all feedback is important to us, we will not tolerate anyone, including paying customers, treating our technicians in a threatening manner. Your aggressive demeanor from the moment they arrived set the tone for the service call. The videos show a technician giving a clear, polite, and comprehensive response to your question about tire pressure. You just didn't want to hear it. When you were not busy berating them for nothing, you were trying to get them to go against our standard procedures that are built on safety. If you had stopped belittling them for a moment you would have learned that they are trained to air tires according to the vehicle manufacturer specs on the door frame, not the max tire pressure. Tire overinflation can cause excessive wear and cause other issues. Our policy is to ensure proper, not just maximum, tire pressure is gauged regardless of client demand. The video also shows the other technician asking you multiple times to move away from the vehicle. You ignored him. You were too busy being rude and condescending. Because you would not get out of the way he was unable to put the tire in the bed of the truck. When your body language got so threatening and your verbal abuse escalated, they decided to remove themselves from the situation immediately. We wholeheartedly support our technician's decision to de-escalate by leaving. When you act like that don't get mad when you're forced to take responsibility and accept the consequences of your actions. Since you disputed the charges we can only assume that you acted this way in an attempt to commit fraud.

  When a company has to gets aggressive with there responses towards unsatisfied customers and just makes excuses to justify why everyone is wrong and not take any responsibility for bad customer service, poor employee training, and there trucks not being properly equipped for services then you will always be that company hanging on by a thread. Customer satisfaction should always come first and your company just doesn't seem to care if there customers are happy with your service or not. Just make excuses and you move on.

  Had a flat tire and quick need of assistance. A-Hessco was very responsive to evey detail and concern I had. Great roadside assistance service. A- Hessco rock!!
