  A&B showed up fast after locking our keys in the car. The guy was nice and quick to get us back in. When we did this before a locksmith used a wedge and pumped the door up to open the car.. this time they used something in the door lock and had our car unlocked in seconds.

  Had an issue where we had misplaced our keys to a spare car that had been parked near our house for several weeks. Battery was dead. They were prompt to come out, however communication was terrible. I was charging my battery to give them more than 9 volts to reprogram a key as they needed that for their reprogramming software. It was taking a bit longer to charge the battery. They guy said he had run back to the shop and he’d be back in 45 minutes. Well he never did. Completely abandoned the job. Called/text with no response. Called several hours later from the wife’s phone and he answered (shocker) and he said he’d be by, but again, no show. My summery, if a job requires any sort of extended time/critical thinking outside the normal every day job, these guys will bail and ghost you. Plenty of other locksmiths around that will gladly offer you a superior service.

  The young husband and wife ryan and jackie were so nice and funny. I know they will carry on the shop and do an amazing job. Not only do great locksmiths work here.. but they are great people too.
