HONEST, HONEST, HONEST!!  I lost my house key while out walking and while normally that wouldn’t have been an emergency situation as we have a garage keypad, the keychain had our last name on it. When I got home, I Googled it, and our complete address WITH house number appeared! So this was now a security issue. I called AB, spoke with Russ, and he was able to give me an arrival window of two hours immediately.  The technician came and QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY re-keyed three locks. The cost was so unbelievably fair considering it was an emergency.  THANK YOU for being an honest and professional company. I will spread your name everywhere!!

They figured out a key for my old antique and it took time. Thanks!! They helped me order a fob online and will computerize it…much cheaper than dealer.  They created 3 keys for my missing filing cabinet locks. Lastly, they gave great customer service. They’ve been in business for over 80 years, I remember them as a boy in Norwood, Ohio.

Expensive service, condescending employees, and an overall waste of time, even after doing my due diligence. Before visiting, I called them on the phone to get a price quote, and not only was that quote half of what I was told when I arrived at the location, I was also told that I had to be there right at 9 a.m. or they couldn't do the service they said they could. I was not told this on the phone, despite the condescending and downright rude employee at the desk insisting that they told everyone such on the phone. Low and behold, I was told I would have to return another day, right at 9am. Long story short, I wasted part of my work day to go to this location only to be told that the service would be twice the cost what I was quoted but also that I would have to waste another day to come back. I will not be using this service as there are multiple others in the area that have better service and better prices. I only went to this location because they lied about their prices and their services, do not make the same mistake I did! Seriously, these guys offered the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and the employee also wasn't wearing a mask when I arrived, despite the mandate.

I appreciate the reply and the offer to cut the keys, but I needed the keys today and had another company do the service. So unless you are partial to refunding the money for that service, I unfortunately have no need to return to your business. You may have been in business for 88 years, and you seem have a firm grasp on how to fairly treat customers, but the employee who spoke to me today did not. Unfortunately, it is the employee at the counter who was dealing with the customer today, and not you. If it had been someone more willing to figure out the miscommunication, I would have likely returned and happily paid another day. Instead I was left feeling condescended to and disrespected. I've worked extensively in customer service, and it is one thing to not believe a customer, but to barely let one get their question out before condescendingly telling them that they should have been there at 9am and that all employees say that to customers... that is another. Again, I do really appreciate your reply, and I wish you and yours well.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention Mr. Holmes.  All of our staff is instructed to advise our customers to be here at 9:00am for transponder key programming because that is the only time we can guarantee that the machine will be here, as was the case earlier today.  If you were not told that, then let me apologize to you for your inconvenience by cutting and programming your key(s) at no charge to you.  I'm sorry for the frustration that you felt by the information you received when you came in.  Additionally, our standard cost to program a transponder key, (I'm assuming that's what you had) is $75.00--it has been that price for several years and everyone here knows and quotes that.  If the key was a laser cut sidewinder key, the cutting fee is $35.00 per key.  We haven't stayed in business for 88 years by blatantly lying to customers. Not having privilege to any part of the conversation, I sincerely apologize for any information that would not have been effectively communicated by any of our staff. If you decide to bring the keys and the vehicle in, please ask for Blake at the counter when you arrive.  Lastly, I am not at liberty to discuss any medical issues, due to HIPPA laws, only to say that there should be no chance of you or anyone else contracting Covid from any of our employees that tend our counter.

Locked out of my car at work he was fast and professional reasonably priced will always call them for my locksmith needs

They were here the same day to our office. Very professional and they got the job done and even tried to call the manufacturer of our lock to get a replacement.

Very knowledgeable about their job. I needed a copy of a key that nowhere else was able to make same day, because it was a special type of key. I walked in and had my copy in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service!

Called and asked about getting a key fob done for my vehicle, was told they don't sell the fob but if I get one from Amazon or somewhere they can program. Bought on Amazon, carried in, handed to the gentleman at the counter, was told that they were out of tokens to program that day. Okay.
Returned with fob after they had received more tokens and was able to get my fob programmed and key cut in good time. I will be back when I need further services and I will recommend to friends.
From my first visit experience, I would suggest if you're getting programming done that you call a day ahead of you can and check that they have tokens and/or are able to program your particular key fob. If they can, you should be satisfied and will have saved some money compared to going to the dealer.

Sean, Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  To try to remedy this situation, I would like to send a tech out at no charge to you.  One of our techs believes that we can program your vehicle.  It was an over abundance of caution that one of the other techs said that we cant program your key.  I apologize for the conflicting information that happened to you and I want to do what I can to make it right for you.
