  Was in area back about a month ago ( usually go to Alfa Lock ) to get a simple key made . In past I had issues with keys they made, but thought Id give them another try. Unfortunately the key they made did not work ($10 Master Lock ) and request a refund of $2.74. The gentleman at the counter told me they do not issue refunds even though I had a receipt and it was obvious that the key cut incorrectly. Lesson learned ,next time make the extra 15 minute drive north on 87ave.

Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority, so it saddens us knowing you've had keys made with us before you found didn't work. It sounds like that may have been the case again this time, so we certainly apologize. However, once a key is cut, we're unable to issue a refund but will gladly make you another key if you brought your padlock with you so we could try it. Maybe a second one will work better for you.   They weren't able to make the copy of my car key, but I'm giving 5 starts for their excellent customer service. I called then before passing by and the line was occupied. 5 mins later they returned the call offering their help. When I arrived to the store they welcomed me. At the end they gave me the phone number of their partners who's the one who works with car keys. A-Able are friendly and helpful.

  Recently moved to a house with many doors. Had a big job at my house since my house was previously rented out. Jason came out looked at every lock, made helpful suggestions, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
