My key would not go into the ignition. Upon calling, someone came out quickly, told me my issue, and got me back driving within 20mins. I had to have a new ignition switch installed which was a pain. However, A&A Lock Service ensured me that I would have my car back up and running the next day. As expected, they came back out and fixed my vehicle before the holidays and I was back driving within 24hrs. I would highly recommend their service. They are VERY professional and communicate well when it comes to servicing you and your vehicle.

I have used A&A Lock and Key for over 20. They have keyed locks, opened doors,  re-keyed locks, unlocked  my vehicles countless times and I made new key fobs for me for my vehicles. If you want an honest company then look no further.

They make sure you are happy and your service is complete and done right. He made a key for me without car being there and he came out to program the key so I would not have to drive back to orangeburg!!!

Wonderful. Less time that expected and did a great job.  Took a few seconds to do it and not damage on the car. Available on Saturdays.

A&A were awesome.  We forgot keys to our travel trailer.  Looked up locksmith  in Orangeburg, SC stopped by keys made and padlock cut off in less than 30 minutes.  Very reasonable pricing.🙂

I spoke with the dispatch Cathy. I explained that I needed to have the ignition rekeyed as the previous locksmith informed me this was the issue. When the technician arrived I explained the issue again. He said he had not been told this was the issue. I called Cathy back. As I’m trying to explain to her the issue he cuts me off several times without hearing me out. I ask her to refrain from interjecting. She doesn’t. Finally she says I can speak and I explain the issue again a bd that I was being quoted a price almost $100 more than she quoted me. Is he said I never told her anything any that “apparently I must have spoken to some other locksmith” not her and I know I only spoke with 2. Hers and the previous one who told me the issue. She hung up on me and said we got disconnected. I tried to call back and explain again. She was still telling me I said nothing to her and that she assumed it would be a door key. Which I specified it was not. She’s yelling over me and I’m telling her this is not professional. She hangs up in my face, calls the technician and tells him to leave apparently because he packed up and left without saying a word. This is why black people don’t patronize their own. All she had to do was own up got the miscommunication and I would have gladly paid. But to argue me down and have someone in my car and leave without speaking is very unprofessional. I had no issue with him. Just her attitude incompetence and lack of regard for the situation. Mind you she left me stranded with a sick 7 month old and 5 year old in the house. I swear it’s your own people who will give the worst service and expect you to be hospitable. I’m reporting to BBB and all state and federal organizations that apply. Do not call them. They are deceptive and unprofessional.

Service was quick and both of my experiences went well. Will definitely continue to use this service for all my lock needs both in my car.

We contacted A & A a little after 9am to see if they could unlock my truck door. They came out about 20 minutes later, the service was fast and they charged us $40. I’m satisfied with this agency and I will utilize them again if needed. I recommend anyone with a similar issue to contact them!

First time here. Went to the Dodge dealership, they tried to charge me over $300 to buy a 🔑 n program it. We bought the key online for $75 n came to A & A n also paid $75 to have it programmed. GREAT AND FAST SERVICE. WILL GO BACK. LOVE ITTTTTT!!!!

I needed another key made for my car because I lost mines. I called and they was out there within 20-30 minutes. And it didn't even take that long.

Ready to service my needs of remote key fob and simple keys. They are reasonably priced.

Called at 11 in the morning inquiring about replacement key for a file cabinet. Company asked me to hold while they checked to see if they could do it. Company then said no problem and I would be able to pick it up in a 2 or 3 hours. I received no call back from them in a few hours, as i was informed... I had to call them back at 4:20pm (5hrs later) to see if it was available for pick up... Company then informed me they could have key blank in tomorrow and asked if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow afternoon.

I feel like the Company lied to get my business. I based my time on their commitment and they fell through on their word.

Went to see if they could cut a duplicate key for my '06 Porsche Cayenne.  No they don't have the key.

Car key broke in a remote area of South Carolina,  could not be there for service but they found car and replaced key. Really appreciated that

Absolutely horrible. Waited 2+hrs for the locksmith but he never came. So I unlocked my own car door. After calling to inform them, the locksmith wouldn’t be needed, I learned that one was never called because I “didn’t send my address”. After reminding the lady what street I was on & even using CVS a landmark, she told me that still wasn’t enough so she wasn’t going to put the requisition in. This WOULD have been my 3rd time doing business with them. If this is how you treat returning clients, I feel sorry for the new ones.

They did a great job at making me a new set of keys for my car and reprogramming the chip for them.

Got charged 120$ for a key that doesn't work. Then got cursed out when I asked for a refund .

They fix my rebuild my ignition program a new key all that while pouring down rain I would recommend them a 1oo Tim's over

Their service sucks. I left my car there for them to work on it. They were suppose to be fixing my driver door lock temporarily and setting my keyless remote fob to my car but my keyless remote wasn't unlocking my doors. It only lock my door and open my trunk. Eventually the driver door they fixed temporarily stop working and i had to come back to get it completely fixed. When i did came back to get my driver door fixed a couple days later it stop working...the lock it self was turning around in circles everytime you would try to turn the key. Meaning they temporarily fixed it again instead of just telling me they weren't able to fixed it smh. My paneling in the inside of my car was broken off and they tried to put it back like I wouldnt have notice it or something. You guys I would only advise you to just only get ur keys made with them but as far as setting a keyless remote or fixing your door go to your dealership or a professional because you are wasting your money and time.

They charged me $65 just for the shell for my key and fob, which they probably only paid about $8 to $10 for, didn't have to program it or anything. Then after having it for only a month it broke off the key when i turned my ignition off couldn't get my key out of the ignition

When I called the office they were polite and respectful got the job done great rating from the dash taxi company
