I truly recommend this place. I called in and they gave me a straight forward price, arrived really fast in 10 minutes. My key was made and programmed very quickly. The guy was really nice and understanding. This is a reliable company !

I am a small business owner myself, so it is with great reluctance that I am writing this negative review. I called A24 Locksmith to my place of business, Bath & Biscuits around the 6th of January to fix the facing on my safe. He arrived and explained to me that the safe was not very sturdy and the location in the back of the shop installed into a wall that lead to the outside was not very secure. He talked me into purchasing a chest safe that he would order and bolt to the floor in a my secure location. I charged the $150 deposit to my credit card. The balance of $386 would be due on delivery. Although I found this to be rather expensive, I was also paying the labor to bolt the safe into the cement floor. The safe was delivered the following week by a handyman. He required payment prior to “installation.” However, he had no way of accepting a credit card, nor would he accept a check, and I did not want to give him cash. He also had no way of giving me a receipt. I told him I council pay him via Zelle, so he called his boss. His boss had him wait to install the safe until he received the Zelle payment notification. The handyman spent an hour unpacking the small safe and attempted to program it, and then told me I would have to call the customer service line to set it up. I asked him if he was going to bolt it to the ground, and he told me he could not do that. I told him that the owner had charged me for installation. He told me to take it up with him. That night I went to Costco and noticed the identical safe for half of what he charged me, I sent an email to the locksmith that night asking him to come pick up the safe and refund my money. While he did not respond to my email, the same handyman showed up up at my shop the next day and removed the safe. It has been 6 weeks, and I have still not received my refund. After calling, texting and emailing him several times, I finally reached him. He told me that he never received my payment. I told him that was not true because he would not let his handyman leave until you had confirmed payment. I sent him a text which showed him that the Zelle payment had been delivered to him as well as my the entry from my bank statement showing that it had been taken from my account. He insisted that he did not receive it. I told him that I would have transaction traced, but in the meantime, I expected him to refund my $150 deposit he charged my credit card. He said “OK.” Ten days later, I received verification that he had received my payment from Zelle. I asked him then to refund my money in full. After ignoring my calls and texts over the next few days, he finally asserted, admitting he found my payment, But he said that the deposit was non-refundable and that there was a restocking fee. I forwarded to him the invoices, which made no such claim. Last week, he refunded three $150 he charged my credit card, it he still had not refunded the additional $386. I have sent him several requests through Zelle, which he has let expire, and I even sent him and invoice through Square, which all he need do is click on the button and add his credit card info. The invoice is still outstanding, And he is no longer returning any of my attempts to communicate with him, I have no choice now but to take him to small claims court. All of the evidence is against him— he will not win. I just don’t understand why he won’t refund my money when he has admitted that he owes it to me. Stay away from this guy !!!

Technician damaged my doors after using air compressor. Wrote a report with dispatch and he told me a supervisor will call me in the morning. When I didn’t receive a call I called them asking for a supervisor and they said they did not have anything on the incident and that the supervisor is not available or it’s impossible to talk to them. May need to get police involved and report to California Bureau of Security and investigation Service. Still no word from supervisor!
