  My daughter purchased a house and I wanted to get the locks changed out fairly quickly. The previous owner did not have all of the keys for all of the locks, so my concern was who could have them. Called A-1 Safe and Lock due to the high ratings on Google and others. Joe was able to get me scheduled quickly to put me mind at ease. He arrived when he said he would be there and went right to work. He was able to re-key all of the locks in the house and we had a very old lock (80 years probably) which I thought for sure would not be able to match the other doors. No problem, his truck was well stocked and was able to get that old lock keyed to match the others. He also spent some time to make sure the locks themselves was working correctly. He found a few issues, deadbolt not fully engaging, missing strike plates (different sizes), misaligned locks so they were not functioning. He fixed it all and in a quick fashion. His attention to detail was above par. All of this was completed in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. A-1 Safe and Lock is definitely a number you should keep in your contacts and use when needed. I will be using A-1 again when the needs arise.

  Amazing service, with great pricing. The gentleman was able to get me a cylinder for my business door on a sunday. He explained to me that there are options for my businesses to help me not have too many keys with me. All lock smiths should use some tips from this guy on how to run business, and provide great service. Thank you again for all your help.

  Lost my Car key FOB, after several bad experiences with "locksmith" dispatch centers I came across A-1 Safe and Lock. World of difference. Ran into issues with getting it programed and Joe exhausted every option to get it working. The man is relentless! Ordered a new key, came to my work 4 times and refused to give up until the problem was resolved. Didn't even ask for extra money. There is no way a different locksmith would have put in the effort Joe did and I'm very grateful. Don't make the mistake I did with locksmith dispatch centers, just go to A1 and get it done correctly for LESS $$$

  Thanks For The Terrific Review. I am Glad I Was Able to Help You Out With Your Remote Headed Key For Your Scion. With Out a Remote For My Work Truck. I Would Have to Go Around and Lock 9 Compartments With A Key With All My Tools in My Hands. L.O.L. What a Pain That Would Be.
