  I purchased some key fobs online that did not come precut. I called A-1 and Nick was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. What I thought was going to be an hour-long job, only took Nick maybe 10 minutes. Quick and efficient! And the keys work like a charm!

  David is one the kindness and most helpful service professionals I've encountered. He answered my call at night when the inner mechanism of a deadbolt broke on a bedroom door, and a family member was locked in the room. He knew what to do right away, and thankfully helped us to open the door quickly. We will be forever grateful for his expertise and his help in an emergency situation.

  They rekeyed our entire house and installed a keyless entry system for the front door. I just called them back to install a second keyless lock. A very responsive and great local business.
