Great job Lonnie (tech 249)!! Your company needs more employees like Lonnie. He is fast, efficient, very courteous and stayed with until I was able to get in my car, which did not happen immediately since my keys were in the trunk. Lonnie stayed with me and assisted me until I got them out. Thanks again Lonnie!!

I tried to get duplicates made at Another locksmith and they told me the key was "special". They tried two times and failed.  Today I took the keys to A-1 on Lovers and they made the keys and charged me less!  The locksmith on duty was very helpful and professional.  Keys work smoothly.

The company tells us that they would come from 9-12, it's 1pm now and they told us they're 15 minutes away and of right now it's 2:31pm making them 2 and half hours late..... People have stuff to do and liens to your customers is damn annoying😡😡

I took a small metal box with no key.  The clerk took three minutes to tell me he couldn't get into it.  Pitiful.  He was talking to some friend when I went in.

Our store at 2685 Walnut Hill Lane is pretty close to Park Cities and our 2001 Midway Road store in Carrollton is fairly nearby as well. Both are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and 9a-4p Saturdays.
