We lost the keys to our motorcycle, after speak to the very nice woman there, we dropped off the ignition to the bike. We were told it would be done either Friday or Saturday. We got one block away from our place and they called to say it was ready. Very pleasant and reliable

The lady who answered the phone was very professional and super helpful I believe her name was Monica, if I got that wrong I am extremely sorry. :-) They did not have the blanks in stock that I was looking for, ( For a 15 year old motorcycle) But offered to order the blanks and said she would have them in 48 hours or less. I’m only in town for the afternoon, and when I told her that she did not hesitate to refer me to somebody who might have the blanks in stock. That kind of customer service is extremely rare to come by these days. If You are in Melbourne and in need of a locksmith I would definitely call these people first.

I thought my entry door deadbolt was done but A-1 sent a tech who repaired the lock, lubed the lock and cut me 6 new keys to replace the old worn ones.  They showed up on a Saturday within 90 min of my distress call.  Another satisfied customer. 👊🏾👍🏾

This business was very professional. The woman who answered the phone and was there when we dropped off our safe was very nice and made us feel as if we were in good hands. They called us back the same day and the charge was less than expected. They couldn’t have been better. I would use them again if needed!

The team at A-1 was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer each of them. We had a few small hiccups on the installation process, but they followed up quickly to make sure everything was resolved and taken care of. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful...and, let's face it, most of the time, if you're calling a locksmith, you're in a pickle. Their process are reasonable and they got the job done. They came recommended to me, so if I can recommend them to someone else, I just think that's a small way to pay it forward.

They were extremely friendly and polite. The locksmith wasn’t in store at time I took my firebox to be opened. I felt comfortable leaving my box until locksmith arrived. Was called later that afternoon and told they had to order the blanks to make my new keys. The blanks would be delivered the next day. Gave me the option of picking up the box or leaving overnight. Elected to leave overnight. The next day my keys and box were ready to be picked up. Very reasonable price. Will use agin if needed

I have used this companys service before and they were outstanding, but recently I had A1 send someone to come fix my lock and all it needed was some lubricant and cleaning. For that I was charged 100$ for just the lubricant and labor. The price was too high for something so simple. I recommend that they give an estimate for the work prior to completing the job.

After reviewing the ticket and speaking with the locksmith, it was determined that we would try to save you money by taken the core of the lock out and using half a can of Houdini lubricant to refurbish the lock.  We only charged you the service call of $55 dollars and 1/2 hour of time that was communicated before we made the service call, which was considerably less than the replacement of the lock.  We would be glad to discuss this in detail if you would call the office at 321-752-4444 .  Also we would appreciate it if you would reconsider the one star review.

Payed for the service at 1:25 and did not get treated until it was past 5:30. They say that it was technical call but regardless I am a medically retired patient having to stand in over 88degrees. I am not using them again!!!
