  Hired this company based on good reviews to come do a Re-Key the day I closed on a home. Upon arriving the hardware was bad so I had to go purchase new handles and deadbolts. I asked to get those installed and was assured it would be no problem. The installed had a rude attitude the whole time, installed on handle upside down so you couldn’t open the door without it hitting the door frame, didn’t use the included deadbolt catch so none of the deadbolts work, and he used a drill to drill out the existing catch on the front door and the resulting sharp edge has already ripped my clothes when walking through with a box. $500 for a level of service I’d expect from a Craigslist handyman, not a well rated company. I wish I didn’t spend the rest of my day going around and using the supplied hardware with the new knobs and catches to make my doors actually shut.

  I used my home warranty to have my locks rekeyed. They were very professional, on time, and communicated frequently to make arrangements to come and do the job. I am very happy with their services!! Would 100% use them again.
