  Scheduled for 11 on Thursday. At 11 Ryan called and said he could not be there until later and I was not able to wait on him. We planned for the following day after 2:30, said he would call me when he left his last job in Mooresville, it is now the following Tuesday, no call. Seemed like a very nice guy and interested in the job when I called and spoke with him, sent him pics of the locks and the key, etc in preparation for the work to be completed. Disappointed that he did not follow through.

  An unfortunate incident required rekeying the locks to my house on a Sunday. Ryan answered early in the morning, showed compassion for my circumstance and he was honest about when he would be able come out. He arrived exactly when he said, gave me all the options up front and was very easy to work with. I have peace of mind tonight because of his prompt and professional service. I will absolutely reccomend Ryan and his company to everyone.
