  This store provided me with a fantastic experience. He was extremely helpful and even went out of his way to locate my key fob. He was really thoughtful to do that. He was both courteous and professional. The owner was also very pleasant and has created a solid business in Miami. Check out their website for all of your lock and key requirements!!

  After my handbag was stolen, the owner came to my rescue and helped me get back into my house. He quickly re-entered my home and advised me to consider replacing my locks. I made the decision to use him for that as well. He was speedy, kind, and fairly priced once again, and he was even able to create me extra keys, saving me a trip to the shop.

  Outstanding Customer Service!! I contacted Crystal and spoke with him; he was really pleasant and professional. My engine computer needed to be checked. Tom arrived at my location in a matter of minutes. He is quite pleasant and respectful, and he was able to correctly detect the problem right away. They are someone I would suggest to everyone.
