  I was amazed at how friendly and efficient Jasmine was. She programmed 2 key fobs that I had bought on Amazon in less than 15 minutes. The cost was much cheaper than the dealerships. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that I came back to have a key cut it took less than 10 minutes and she checked everything to make sure it worked properly. I wish all businesses took such good care of their costumers. Thank You.

  Michael was as very nice guy. Very polite and helpful. He was able to fix my door handle on my front door within no time at all. He even explained to me that the door handle was actually installed incorrectly. I will without a doubt recommend this company to others, and will use them again when needed. Thank you very much for coming out to fix my door.

  5 ⭐ for exceptional customer service! Lost key fob to my truck, I live out of town & had to go back that evening, not knowing what to do after calling several lock smiths & being told they didn't have my key fob & would need to order it, even tho I drive the very popular Ram 1500. Then being quoted a price of $395 + tax by another. I was about our of options as it was quickly nearing 5:00 p.m. when most of the locksmiths close for the day. I'm in Waco but had called every locksmith here, then decided to try Killeen locksmith, I explained my problem not expecting much because it was 430pm, but told her I could come to their shop as I had not turned my truck off since discovering key fob was gone, I figured I'd rather be stranded at home so I left it running. She called her assistant, who agreed to stay until I arrived, called me right back & told me they would be waiting for me. She had a key fob made & I was back on the highway in less than 10 minutes. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me. That's exceptional service. A big thank you to everyone at Killeen Locksmith, so grateful to y'all for helping me out, & my 2 sidekicks, my German shepherds Nix & Salem, that go everywhere with me, for getting us back home. 👍
