  Called 3/23 to get my ignition fixed I was told they has to order a part and would be the next day. I was going out of town so we scheduled the repair for 3/29 @8am. I called 3/28 to confirm. Today 3/29 I received a call at 7:15 reconfirming the appointment. The technician called and asked if I needed the service I said yes and then he abruptly hang up. I tried calling his cell and received a text that he couldn't take the call. Then I received a call from the call center asking if I hired someone else I said no. Then I waited and called back and now I am told they can't fix it. What I waste of time. Very unprofessional.

  We needed a locksmith to see why our door was hard to open, so ALL HE DID WAS DRILL A HOLE IN THE LOCK! DIDNT CHANGE A THING! Charged us $200 just for a freaking mistake! I believe it's the people there are being put out on the field that's charging higher prices than what's told over the phone! Worst co.pany ever and will not use again. Lesson learned here and the nu.ber doesn't match the number that's on the paper. Never again.
