  Searched for a locksmith and came across Action Lock & Safe. Spoke Jose on the phone who was helpful and patient in understanding what we needed. We sent pictures of the doors that needed help with and within 10 minutes a price and time was given. Next morning Jose was at our building at 9:30am prompt. No hassles within 30 minutes he solved the problem plus advised on other doors as well. Very informative and his work was very clean and precise. Recommend him highly. And his price was unreal, a third cheaper than others who couldn't follow up with their quotes.

  I had a problem opening my safe and needed something inside it right away. Even though he was already booked for the day, Jose squeezed me in and fixed it. He got it opened quickly, then reset the combination. Very professional, great guy! Highly recommend!
