My old key had run its course, so I ordered a new key fob from Nissan. I didn’t want the hassle of going to the dealership, so like most people, I called around to compare prices, availability, and to understand the process.
Pro Solutions was the first service team I contacted. I reached out to three other places as well while some had slightly lower prices, they lacked polite customer service, confidence when answering questions, and felt completely transactional.
Because of that, I called Pro Solutions back and decided to go with them. I was willing to pay a bit more for a better experience and it was absolutely worth it. The price was reasonable (under $100), and the entire process took less than five minutes.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Call Necaise first. I was on my way to work when I got in my car and realized —no keys! I locked them in the house. My first call was at a different company. The locksmith tried for nearly 45 minutes and couldn’t pick the lock. He wanted to drill. My second call was to Necaise Locksmith Service. I was warned that the lock (smart key lock) would likely have to be drilled, but Andre was a life saver! This guy had a couple techniques to try, and before I knew it the door was open. No drilling, and the fee was less than I thought it would be. Two and a half hours later I was on my way to work. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

NONE of the 5 house keys worked after I cut them properly !! Will be taking them back in to get a refund !!!!

Prices way too high !!! Paid 9.00 per key, ridiculous but had to have them. Will never use a machine again. If I had not been in a rush I would have taken them to a hardware store & got service I could depend on !!!

Can’t believe Walmart doesn’t have the ability to cut them for us any longer !!!!!!
