  Amazing owner! He made me copies to keys from the back of his truck! Fast and super efficient. He even gave me an extra copy for FREE! So sweet. As a realtor I need to make a lot of copies of keys for different properties. From now on I will only make my copies here! Truly a pleasant experience! Thank you!

  Extremely rude. I called to inquire about cutting a key (which is advertised) and his response was “we’re open tomorrow at 9AM” then made the unnecessary comment “we’re not a $3 key cutting service!” (webpage says 24 hours). His attitude was poor, unnecessarily. I called, said good morning and spoke in a polite tone. His response could have been more professional. Sounded as if he could not be bothered. He also could have explained things properly. It’s been years since I’ve experienced such poor customer service. I have never written a negative google review but felt this was warranted. I hope you improve your customer service and the way you speak to potential customers.
