  Do not call this business when you’re stuck and need a tow, the owner will most definitely take advantage of the situation. His driver towed my car maybe 10 miles and after unloading my car he told me that he had to call the owner to find out how much he is going to charge. $150, $150 to tow my car 10 miles up the road. They don’t take checks, and had to “write” my card number down on paper to process the payment when he got back to the shop. I am beyond stressed already and now this. Thanks Wilsons towing

  Thank you for feedback & will be passed on to the appropriate personnel. A 6am tow , 5$ diesel fuel , overtime pay for a driver who has already worked 40 hours this week & over all inflation was the reason for your early morning tow bill. It was really a bargain , you can thank your president #FJB

  Rude. I sent a card number as soon the truck left. There was an issue with my card so the owner calls yelling and cussing at me. I ask him to give me five minutes to fix it and he calls back three times in that five minutes threatening to send my truck to his impound lot. Insurance has already paid for half the of tow. He apologized after it was fixed but no business owner should talk to a customer like that. (CALLED AS SOON AS THE TRUCK LEFT) %100 positive that it was an attempt to impound my truck so he can part it out.

  Dave scheduled a tow for 8:30AM. Truck arrived on time, insurance did there part. You did not call until the driver was in the next town. The cussing came after Dave hung up on me several times for requesting payment for a service we are providing After that it took you over a hour to solve your payment issue. We have a schedule to keep for other customers who schedule tows like yourself. Next time I would recommend having payment issues resolved before requesting services.

  Absolutely the worst, I got into an accident on temessee st. They charged $150 for the tow. I left it there over the weekend till I found a safe place to store it. So they ofcourse charged $125 for four and a half days not a problem. But when I called to tow it to Buford St. They said it would be $565 total bc they had to fill out admin papers bc they were gonna scrap my car.... Luckily I didn't lose my cool and got the total down to $340 $150 initial tow $125 storage and $65 for the final tow
