  The employees there were all very friendly and patient with my case considering I asked for several copies of 11 different key types. The guy who stood out to me the most was Jose Pena. He was so friendly and inviting. He even shared the history of the company with me. You can tell he's very passionate about what he does. A very kind hearted man! Jose, you rock!

  I got locked out of my car during my lunch break and got really worried. Luckily, I called Valley Lock and Tim was able to drive over within 20 minutes and get me access to my car way before my lunch break was over. He also charged me a very reasonable price so I highly recommend this company!
