  They have anything a person needs. I have wen many times and the staff always very nice to me. I loved their Christmas decorations at night that made the store very inviting and they have lots of Christmas items to sell. It have been to many Hardware Stores but none as unique as this one!

  I love the store and for many years have made it a point to shop there for a few gifts for my family that lives in Mountain City. I saw a couple new faces but things that hadn't changed was the smiles on faces and the fact they were there to assist me with any questions I had. So Thankful that they still continue to be there when many other small Business in small towns have closed. The main guy was on the roof maybe fixing Christmas Decorations that were Beautiful. He remembered me and called down to me Thanked me for coming and wished me a Merry Christmas. Only in Mountain City TN does this happen that you are remembered and treated so kindly.

  We've always used this store because they literally have it all! But I'm really starting to second guess going back to buy anything! We bought a mower from here in less than 2 years the rear end came out thankfully it was under warranty still. Needless to say they've literally had it for over a year and it's still not repaired we've checked in hundreds of times get told one guys doing the work then another guys doing the work they've had the parts to fix it for around 8-9 months and it's still not done they won't even contact you to let you know what's going on I'm seriously getting aggravated! Forgot to mention 9 months ago when the parts arrived the older man told us that husky had already paid for the parts and labor so I just don't understand if you've been paid and have the parts for that long what's the hold up??
