Took old trunk into them to get the lock open. They tried for 15 minutes to no avail. Found the serial number for the key and found it on Amazon. Went home and ordered the key. The locksmith did not charge me anything for all their help. Will recommend these kind gentlemen to others.

SO FAST, inexpensive. The main guy with the hair, is so nice and Friendly. Knowledgeable.
I need to find more keys that have to be cut just to come back :)

They were super helpful. They had my lockbox opened in a matter of minutes and cut me a new key for $12. Definitely worth it and I will use them if I have a need in the future.

They were able to unlock my vehicle with minimum wait. Along they were able to make a copy for future occasions or mishaps. Thank you all great job!!

I was in a bit of a pickle and my situation was time sensitive, much like everyone else looking for a locksmith. I called them the minute they opened and they seemed to drop everything to help me. They gave me timely updates and when I went to pay, the price was 1/4 of what I expected. Great customer service. Honest. They even took the time to do a walk through with me on how to fix my issue. Great people! We are lucky to have them in our community!

I came here with very high expectations based on the reviews, but was disappointed at first. HOWEVER, I have no problem giving this business a 5-star review. Let me explain, if there's enough space. Here goes:
I rolled into this place unannounced, with a couple key blanks from (unspecified dealership), and gave the gentleman at the counter the key code. I had 2 keys, and he he came back to confirm the year/make/model of the vehicle for the key. He also asked for my ID,(very professional). After giving the information, he went about the business to cut the keys from the blank provided.
What returned to me was a single cut of the dealership key, out of two. Apparently, there was a mistake made, and only one if the two key blanks had been correctly cut. Understandably, I was not satisfied. The gentleman who had preformed the work offered me a generic copy, to which I was not satisfied (forgive me for being picky). He then told me that he would waive the fee for cutting not only the original key, but would give me the generic key ON TOP OF cutting another dealership key if I brought it back.
I ordered another key blank from the dealership, which took two days to arrive. As soon as I could pick it up, I brought it to Trask to have the original deal done. It was not the man I dealt with originally, but a younger guy, and as soon as I'd told him the situation, he cut my new key perfectly, no questions asked.

Long story short, these guys are on it, and even if they make a mistake (as we all do), they'll go vive md beyond to make it right. Despite the frustration of a simple error, I will go back to these guys again and again. Thank you, Trask.

Super friendly staff, great prices, quality service! I'd 💯 recommend this company to anyone! I payed $150 less than what Jim Doran Chevrolet quoted me and for an extra key! I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in need again!

Super friendly, and helpful. I could not get a copy of my mail key anywhere, i tried several places and Trask  mtn. Lock & key had it and they were only $3.50 a piece which was way cheaper than other places that would have charged $10 for the key without being able to even cut it!

If you want great 'Old-School Customer Service', go here!  It's rare & refreshing (nowadays) to find a business whose owners take pride in the quality of their work and go 'above & beyond' when it comes to customer service.  Without hesitation, I highly recommend Trask Mtn. Lock & Key!!!

Family owned and operated, very friendly staff. Excellent service! Locked my keys in my car and they were there within minutes and got me into my car quick! I will definitely use them for all my future lock and key needs! I recommend this company and give them 5 stars!
