The Locksmith Shop does good work, but the lock they installed was only good for 4 years of regular service before the latch had to be replaced through no fault of the homeowner.

Norma retired in January 2020 but Sarah is her replacement who does a great job. Fair prices. Very friendly to deal with.   I highly recommend them.

I don't even mess around with getting keys anywhere else.. These people know what they are doing. I have had several keys made there thst other places just said we're not copy able...

This is a small, personal shop with more direct and friendlier service than I am used to. I was very pleased to get in and out with exactly what I needed.

I needed a copy of my car key. Brought it in it was made right in front of me and I was out in under 10 minutes. Could not have been a better experience. Professional service at a great price

Don't keep accurate records, install incorrect handles(i.e. when their lock broke, they replaced a silver lock with a gold lock), don't give pricing upfront and overcharge when they fall short. Will not use again. They do not get your approval or signature before or after work is completed, just send you a large bill and expect it to be paid no questions asked.
