  I lost my car key in another city on Easter weekend. I thought I was going to have to have my car towed an hour away to a dealership, but the tow company recommended I call Andrew with Sure Lock and Safe out of New Braunfels. Andrew was extremely friendly over the phone and made sure he got all the details before he arrived to make the whole process quicker and easier. I don't think he actually had time to come to Blanco today, but he fit me in anyways. After he arrived, he had my key made in under 10 minutes. He even taught me a couple things I didn't know including what to do if my key battery dies in an emergency situation. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and if I ever lose my key again (considering my husband doesn't kill me first), I'll call Andrew at Sure Lock and Safe. Thank y'all!
