Asked for help finding something, they just told us which aisle it was which doesn’t help. God himself couldn’t organize those aisles. Guy working there also growled at us, kinda cool

Like an old-fashioned hardware store. They have most everything, but every time I go here I have to ask for help finding it. The salespeople are always helpful.

Went in to get a pull cord repaired, which on the phone the lady said they do, when I went in the lady behind the counter started training new girl on my paperwork, which is fine, but she ignored my questions and became rude with me. Next day I was told to come pick it up as he wouldn't fix it. I'll never go back even though I like supporting small business.

More or less a hardware thriftstore. hard to find what you need and crazy pricing. Found 2 of the same exact product and one was $5 bucks more and all product seems used or old and bought off a unclaimed freight truck...seems sketchy. Staff is rarely willing to help and always seems grumpy. If you are willing go to the Isanti hardware Hank. its probably 15 min out of the way but way better service and way better options I promise.
