  A little late on this review, but they programmed an ECM for me and helped sort out an electrical problem I was having on my Sprinter. ECM worked flawlessly and their knowledge helped me sort out the electrical problem in no time! Can't recommend them enough!

  I’ve been doing business with this company for a while now and almost every time they say they’re going to be there they always end up saying that they lost track of time and we’ll have to be there later. I’ve never met a more unprofessional company in my life. They’re not open on Friday so they can’t compensate you for your time wasted if they can’t make it to the appointment they said yes to. And when I have asked if you can put me on the next run for tomorrow they have blatantly said “sorry you’re gonna have to wait until the next availability” and will tell you the next day is “booked” if I can find another company that does as much as these folks do I definitely would switch without hesitation they’re just lucky that they’re the only ones in the business around here that can do what they do. I don’t know what kind of monkey show the owner of this business has running here but whoever they are they should reevaluate the way that their staff runs their business and schedules their customers. Completely dissatisfied. I would highly suggest anybody who reads this review to think twice and look elsewhere. Also I’m pretty sure that somebody from this business is going to comment on this review saying they aren’t sure what I’m talking about or something along the lines of “we are sorry you feel this way” save it for someone who cares. No need to try and save face for your poor pathetic excuse for customer service & standing behind your word.

  We did your appointment on Thursday the day it was scheduled for. We did apologize for running late that day and keeping you 30 minutes late. Doing a mobile service has a lot of variables that can cause delays. Our number of cancelations is a VERY low percentage of our scheduled jobs. We do our best. The owners of the company you work for do not feel the same way you do. Please share this review with them.

  These guys did what every KTM dealer says to be impossible. I broke my orange programming key which is matched to my immobilizer and lock set. Dealers will tell you that the only way to get a new orange key, is buy whole new immobilizer and lock set through ktm. SOS was able to cut and program a whole new orange key for me. Saved me a lot of time and money.
