  Great experience! Brought in a new entry door lock that I wanted re-keyed to match an existing key, and they did that plus cut me two extra keys all in less then 10 mins! Charged me an unexpectedly low price as well. I definitely recommend and will use Sandhills Lock & Key for future locksmithing needs.

  The locksmith was not listening to anything I was saying and I had to repeat myself numerous times (he seemed hard of hearing). And then because I made a comment about hiring a locksmith from out of state he threw part of my lock on the ground and walked away to his car yelling. Yes, he left my door without a working lock. When I made a comment about calling the company and complaining he yelled back I AM THE OWNER! He then yelled “screw you” and got in his van and sped away. Worst customer service and would not recommend.
