I locked myself out of my car and called Safekey First Locksmith because my friend did the same thing and referred them. Lee came in a timely manner and the communication was awesome! I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will be using them if I’m ever in need again!

Called to have two keyfobs programed for my nieces car they didn't bother taking my name, only my phone number and type of car. Called at 6:30, by 9:30 they had not come. Tried to call and nobody answered and the voicemail was not set up. Still have not heard from them.  Will be going with another locksmith.

Fast & Friendly Service; Affordable & I was giving a spare key 🔑 with the key that was made for my car. Will use service again if need be and recommend to all family and friends in need. Thank you #SafeKey First !!!!! & thank you Rick for your service

I needed help with fob... my car it was displaying "bad key" the fob could unlock the doors but not start the vehicle. Called and was quoted a price (that was incorrect per locksmith) Rick came out and didn't know one thing about how my truck should run. He stated my battery was dead. I used my battery charger and it indicated nothing was wrong with the car battery, he then proceeded to say that he could not program the fob or a new one because I had no power to my car and that it was an electrical problem and that he wasn't a mechanic but that I should take it to the repair shop. He charged me $29 for driving out. I called a different company the guy came out and programmed a new fob in less than10 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Rick was a true key master. He went above and beyond and was kind courteous and patient the entire time. Price was worth the experience with this technician. Thanks Rick!

I used this company to rekey the locks in my new home. After 3 days one of the deadbolts was not locking. I called Safekey and they stated the tech who completed the work was out due to a car accident and they did not know when he would return and if they sent someone else out I would be charged.

3 business days after calling to report my concern, the tech finally came out and wanted to charge me a service fee!! I refused to pay it.  He called Safekey and stated everything was good, but do not contact them for future service🤣

There is no way in hell I would EVER use this company again and I would not refer nor recommend them to anyone else.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! If you can't DIY don't call SAFEKEY FIRST LOCKSMITH!!

Im not seeing your name in our data base but if you would like to call and provide an address i can pull the job up and find out what happened. Sorry I'm just now seeing this it doesn't sound like something our techs would do.

Had an appointment with the locksmith to open a door to a condo, as I did not have the key. We agreed on the price and I prepaid for the service. He used his tool to unlock the door but was not able to unlock the door. He said he would need to drill into the cylinders of the lock and replace the lock. I agreed to do what ever necessary to get into the condo. As he started drilling, his battery died so he went to get the spare battery from his car. The spare battery for the drill was also not charged. I told him he could stop by the next day when he was available to complete the job and he agreed. I tried calling the next two days and he did not return my call or text. I called the company and they said the  tech was NOT going back to complete the job and refunded my money, with the exception of a $29 service fee. I called the company and explained that the job was not completed and I was willing to work with the technician; however, he refused to complete the job and that I should not be billed for a service call for an incomplete job. They refused to reverse the service fee so I had to go to my credit card and file a dispute.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! Not professional in handling situations and send out rookie technicians that cant even get a door open.

Was in a hurry and accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Rick from SafeKey came and saved the day like a superhero! The wait time was not too long and he was able to open the lock quickly. Professional, polite, all around good!

They promptly called me back after initial call. I was pleased to have the serviceman on site within an hour of my call. They provided prompt and efficient service. The guy was done in about 15 mins.  I was even able to pay with a credit card. I will definitely use again.

I called them on Sunday asking if they could make me a key for my Ford Escape they told me they wouldn’t have a technician available until Tuesday because there closed Sundays and Mondays and to call back. (The website saids there open everyday) So I did call back at 9:00am and was transferred to a technician who said he would be to me no later than 1:00 pm he didn’t get to me until 2:45 pm. When the technician finally arrived he charged my card and said he was going to go program the key… 45 mins later he comes back up to me and tells me he can’t program my key because his system is down and they can’t send another technician out. I stressed to dispatch and him that I needed my keys ASAP because I had legal matters to handle in another state  in the morning and that this was all the money I had available. So now I’m without money and no car keys . Then when I tried to call them back they didn’t answer , I had to call them from a different number to try and get some help. BELIEVE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND DON’T GET STUCK LIKE ME!!
