Recently I lost the keys to my car, and the dealership was going to charge me almost 400 dollars plus towing expenses to make me a new key. I called Rowe's, told them I lived in another county and asked if they serviced my area, he immediately said yes I do and it just so happens he was already in my area! He came to my home within just a few minutes and it took less than 30 minutes to finish the job. My key which is a transponder key had to be programmed and cut but he did an amazing job and my
key works perfectly. Thanks Rows locksmith your my hero and I'll be recommending you to EVERYONE!!!!!!

Called this morning sent my info to my car to him he message me back fairly quickly. He made me 2 keys for my vehicle and I had no keys for it at all definitely does a great job!!! He was on time and even drove 1 hour away to come help me price was great considering he drove a hour to get to me and has to drive 1 hour back. He was very professional and wore his mask as we are still in a pandemic

Great professional service with a better price than I would have gotten anywhere else.  He came to my home a little over an hour drive for him and made a copy of my broken key programmed it to my vehicle and also reprogrammed my key fob and got it working again.  He was very professional and just an easy person to deal with and talk to.  I highly recommend Rowe!  He’s most definitely the man I’ll call the next time I need a locksmith.

My car locked itself up with both of my key fobs inside, not sure how and why that even happened! I contacted him and within 10 minutes he was to the rescue! He even left while he was in the middle of dinner to come help me!! Didn’t take him 30 seconds to do it! I was expecting to pay at least 100 bucks but it was less than half of that! Highly recommended!!

I would give this man a “zero” star if possible. He does not keep his word, expected more when it comes to someone that was former military!  Said he needed a lot of personal information regarding property that we needed entry to (which I sent) but I honestly feel he just wanted documentation and pictures of the vacant property because he has alternate motives... beware maybe a Thief in Disguise

Not sure when we spoke or if we spoke. If you could give me a call I would be glad to attempt to remedy this situation.  My only motive is to provide a service to my customers. That has not changed in 30 years. If you allow me the chance to make this right,  I will do so if possible.  I have looked through all my text and email for the last few months and have not found any documents or communications that were not addressed.  It is standard practice and common sense to ask for documentation before doing the type of work you have described. This is to insure that the person requesting the work has the legal right to be there.This protects me and my business as well as the owners of the property. Not sure what I would take from a vacant property if I was a thief. Doing the actually work requested would be more profitable.Yes, I am a proud Veteran. I respectfully  thank you. I look forward to hearing from you so that I can make this right if possible.

Website stated that they offer 24 hr Emergency Services and I called at 12:01am. The lady who answered the phone said she had no one available and that her husband was sick. I am from out of town and trying to gain entry into my uncle's apartment,  who is in the hospital.
Needless to say, the 24 hour Emergency Services are not offered.

I apologize for the inconvenience but there are some exceptions to the 24 hour Emergency service hours. Sickness of our tech is one of those. Furthermore, unless given explicit consent from your uncle or proof that you are his power of attorney, we would not  have been able to assist you in gaining entry into "his home". A baby locked in the car or locked out away from your meds would be considered an Emergency amongst other situations. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and pray that your uncle feels well soon.

I couldn’t tell you how bad my day has been, but the genuineness of this man made my day ten times better! He lived about 40 minutes away from the location of my locked car, but at 1am at night he came to help! He gave it a first try and he got the doors unlocked, however my keys were locked in my trunk.There isn’t a seat release to get into the trunk of my sedan and he we thought for sure he done all he could do! We thanked him for his service and he headed home. However, he called back to check up and had thought of something that would work, so he turned around and after a short time of trying every possible way to open the trunk, he got it open and I got my keys! I can’t thank him enough for the generosity, and care for his customers.
