  Incredible service at a very fair price. Very friendly and does an outstanding job. I was impressed with his professionalism and even after giving him a weekend call on emergency and he was extremely courteous. I definitely recommend Ross Locksmith for any job that needs to be done!

  Called for service for a dead battery in a keyless lock. Was rudely told if we listened to the voicemail we’d know he was on pto regardless of the web saying open until 3am.

  Sorry for your inconvenience, I did try to give you some names of who you might try and call at the time. I am a little confused about the PTO thing because as a small business I do not get any PTO. I did have a message on the answering machine that stated I was closed. After about 8 times of you calling and not listening to it I answered and told you that we were closed. I wasn't trying to be rude about it.
