  Took 45-50minutes for the “technician” to show up, after being told it would take a max of 30 minutes. And the business is no more than 10 minutes from our hotel (Cambria) and that’s being gracious. Charged $225!!!!!!!!! And it took all of 40 seconds for him to open my door. Now mind you, I paid IN CASH and the man was less than understanding. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I’m Pittsburgh for a weekend and the city I am from, it’s a service charge of $60-$80. They state a $20 service call fee (which ended up being $35) and then $175 service charge! So much for no hidden fees. FIND A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH!!!!!!!! I called to report this and have yet to hear back from a so called “supervisor” because the job has not yet been entered into their system.

  It was good. It was not one of the best. It took him no more than 15 minutes to unlock my door. He charged $130.00, but I think he should of charged me no more than $65 being it did not take an hour to five hours to open the door. It could have been a rip off, I am not completely up on this particular business, but it helped because it only took 15 min. to get the door open.
