  Ray was very courteous over the phone as I was in Gainesville at the time. Long story short I had to get a locksmith because I had no keys outside of my house to let a delivery in while we were in the hospital. My boyfriens mom met Ray at our house in alabama and he got her in with no problem. Other positive note is that he is the ONLY locksmith in pcola area that can do locksmithing in Alabama. Highly recommend his services.

  I wanted to duplicate a specialized key. They used cross-references and had a quality substitute in stock. Had two keys copied. Both worked properly. Knowledgeable skilled staff.
