Bad service and over priced and will tell you its more a wrong with your vehicle than what is .

If your name were in our computer, I could look into the situation but unfortunately it isn't. I have no way to tell which vehicle this is in reference to or when it was here. Your mind is likely made up, but in the case that it isn't and for others that may read this review I would like to respond.

In regard to the last part of your review; that's not the way we operate. It never has been, and it never will be. Sometimes customer vehicles have more wrong with them than the owners are aware of. Our job is to be honest with customers about what we find, and sometimes that means giving bad news to people. It's still the truth, whether the customer receives it well or not.

As far as our pricing goes - they are what they are to allow us to continue as a shop in today's world. Everything else in the world is getting more expensive, our industry is no different and we have no control over that. The average price of a new vehicle in 2000 was just over 20k - last year, the average price of a new vehicle was around 40k, this means all of the parts involved and all of the knowledge required to work on modern cars is much more expensive. Furthermore, our shop has equipment, tools, and capabilities that not many places are willing to invest in, we're proud of that and we get paid for that.

If you stopped in to talk about this with me, you would see we are not what you first thought us to be. We've been here since 1978 for good reason.

Our son was in from out of town and his breaks began to grind. We contacted Brad and he got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Very friendly, professional, honest, didn't try to sell us more than what was necessary. We'll be returning customers!! Highly recommended!!

the guys at the shop were so kind! my tire popped on the highway and they helped me put on a spare for free. amazing service and just all around kind people, everyone should get serviced by them!

Odren's has been taking care of our vehicles for a few years now and I appreciate them so much! Most recently they got our very sentimental old van back on the road. Brad is always patient with me as I know very little lol. That's a pretty big deal for me because some places can be kind of rude. Love this place! Highly recommend!
