  I broke down in Gaston, IN near the Petro. No one was willing to assist me with a forklift. Despite all this, they were available 24/7 and had one for recovering freight. All workers including dispatch and driver were assertive and friendly. Everything was done within a reasonable amount of time. The price wasn't bad for the towing and transfer of load plus was dropped at the dealership. I highly recommend these guys disregard the reviews.

  Actually, I wouldn't give this company the time of day!!! I was needing a tow while I was out of town, so I called the tire shop that I was going to anyway and they suggested that I call this company ...so I then turn around and called Northwest towing and I told them that I would call my insurance and have them to pick them so I then called my insurance no big deal ... they stopped the driver from coming they didn't notify me at all they just left me sitting without any communication on the side of the road for hours.. I called the driver bc he called hours ago and said it would only be 45 minutes to an hour, the driver then told me that he was stopped because of my insurance would not pay and if I wanted to pay some $160 some dollars that he would still come and get me but I'd have to wait even longer!!! So if you want to wait by the side of the road for hours go ahead good luck!!🧐

  Unfortunately when you choose to go through your insurance company, it’s their policy that we have to have their approval before we can provide service. You always have the option of paying us for the service and getting reimbursed from your insurance. It’s a very convenient and straightforward process, we provide you a receipt, you then send that receipt to your insurance and they send you a check. We’ll even email you an invoice just in case you lose your paper copy.

  Northwest Towing was great to work with. Being in an accident on a busy interstate nearly 70 miles from home is stressful to say the least. Randy came to the rescue in less than 15 minutes of calling. He towed my car all the way home that night for a really goos price. Also, he was very kind to me and my son, giving us a lift off the highway to a safe place; our safety was clearly a priority to him and I really appreciated it. Would call on them again in a heartbeat!
