  A quick shout out to Northwest Lock. Recently, Northwest was helping me with a problem that was beyond their control. They not only helped me get a solution, but did so at their own cost. They displayed great customer service and went beyond the call of duty. Will definitely use them again.

  Called around 4pm because we locked our keys in our office. 45 minutes later they had our door unlocked. Great value for the service and very responsive. Will use again in the future if needed!
