  They came to me when I locked my keys in my car, again. They were quick and very respectful and reasonably priced. I hope I won't have to but, if I do it another time, I'll be calling Norm's.

  Despite Liberty Safe making things pretty difficult on Norm's, they delivered the safe I ordered ON TIME and exactly like I ordered. The next time, I will call Norm's directly for all of my safe needs, but this time I did not know about them. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend their service and products!!! Thanks Jody!!!

  Needed some “urgent” lock repairs and Chris came in a timely manner, performed the work very quickly and professionally. And he’s a very pleasant guy to work with. I highly recommend this company.
